Your introduction to strength & conditioning is an integral part of your journey with Northern Warrior, and we want it to be more than just informative—it should be a friendly, insightful, and, above all, fun experience!

To set you up for success, we have carefully crafted a personalized, 1hr 15mins session with one of our highly qualified coaches. Within this session, you will not only gain valuable knowledge about "What We Do," but you will also master some foundational bodyweight movements, such as Squats, Push Ups, Sit Ups, and Pull Ups. These movements are the building blocks of our invigorating group classes, ensuring that you are properly warmed up for your very first workout at Northern Warrior.

It's important to note that this session is just one component of our 30-day trial, which grants you unlimited access to all of our invigorating classes and the open gym option—all at an incredible price of only £40!

After completing your introduction, we will work closely with you to formulate a fitness regimen that aligns perfectly with your personal goals and individual needs. By the end of this process, you will not only be fully prepared to embark on your fitness journey with our supportive community, but you will also have a solid foundation upon which to build your physical strength and conditioning.
