KID’S FITNESS AND DEVELOPMENT
NW Fitness Kids/Teens is a strength and conditioning program combining gymnastics, body-weight movements and weight-lifting elements designed to be fun for kids of all ages. Since most parents want their kids to grow up healthy and strong, avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity, we have a program built for universal scalability. This makes it the perfect application for any individual regardless of age or experience.

Pre-schoolers (Ages 3-5)
Mini Warrior classes are run for 20 Minutes with the aim of the pre-schoolers to learn 5 of the 10 foundational movements, in a fun, educational and engaging environment. With an added value learning important healthy habits.
The classes run on a block basis with 6 classes being in each block. We ask that fees are paid at or prior to the commencement of each block.
