This program offers scalable, aerobic-based training that builds stamina, grit, and real-world work capacity. Sessions blend machine work, sled pushes, running intervals, and functional movements to prepare you for competition — or just challenge yourself.
A hybrid fitness race combining running with functional stations — 8km of total running broken into 1km segments, each followed by one functional station.
It rewards pacing, efficiency and the ability to perform under fatigue. Unlike other fitness events, HYROX® is the same format at every race worldwide — so you can train specifically for it. Every session at Northern Warrior is built around that goal.
Each 60-minute class includes warm-ups, clear objectives, and guidance for scaling. Workouts are standalone and accessible, fitting into your week without overcomplicating anything.
Three purpose-built weekly sessions. Each one targets a different pillar of HYROX® performance — so your body is ready for the stations, the runs, and the race itself.

The skill is in the efficiency. This session teaches you to hit each HYROX® station — sled, SkiErg, wall balls — at an elevated heart rate without falling apart.

HYROX® is won or lost in the runs. This session targets your aerobic base with intervals, threshold work, and race-pace efforts.

Race day rehearsal. Full or partial HYROX® format — run segments linking into functional stations, timed, coached, and competitive.
Sessions are scalable regardless of experience. Whether you're targeting your first HYROX® finish or chasing a podium time — the programming adapts to you. All sessions are 60 minutes, fully coached.
