Kieran is a fully qualified personal trainer and functional fitness coach with over four years of experience working across strength & conditioning, Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics. He holds Level 3 Personal Training and Level 1 British Weight Lifting, and has coached extensively across some of West Cumbria's leading gyms. Kieran returned to us from travelling around New Zealand for 6 months in late 2024.
His coaching style is rooted in solid movement mechanics, clear communication and a genuine investment in every client's progress — whether they're chasing a competition goal, returning to training after a break, or starting from scratch.
Kieran offers a complete coaching service: in-person 1-to-1 sessions, small group PT, personalised online programming, and nutrition coaching. Whatever your starting point or goal, he'll meet you there and build a clear path forward.
