Thornhill is two minutes from the gym. Some families literally walk. If you live on the Egremont side of Thornhill, you can see Bridge End Industrial Estate from the end of your road.
Being this close means no excuses on a Sunday morning. Drop your child at 10:15 for Minis, nip home for a brew, and pick them up at 10:35. Twenty minutes of coached movement — and they'll sleep well after.
We're not a soft play centre. We teach kids to move properly — running, jumping, lifting, gymnastics — in a real gym with real coaches. But we do it with warmth, fun, and zero pressure.

Three groups
Everyone is coached and movements are scaled so kids can progress safely. Age is a guide — the head coach decides which group will get the most out of each child.
Sundays · 10:15 – 10:35
Fun-based movement, coordination, confidence, and listening skills. The first taste of "I can do this" — built one giggle at a time.
Sundays · 10:45 – 11:15
Movement foundations: running, jumping, pulling, squatting, throwing and teamwork — scaled and coached. They'll get strong, fast, and properly looked after.
Sundays · 11:30 – 12:30
Strength, conditioning and confidence. Learn safe lifting, good movement, and how to train with intent. Looks much like an adult class.
