Coached strength and conditioning for kids and teens aged 3–18. Fifteen minutes from Workington — real coaching, real fun, every Sunday.
Local to you
Workington to Northern Warrior takes about 15 minutes — down the A66 and through Distington. Most Workington parents come from Stainburn, Seaton or Northside and have it timed around Sunday morning routines.
If your child plays rugby league or does athletics at the Zebras, this slots in nicely alongside. We build strength, coordination and movement quality that carries over into any sport — not a replacement, a supplement.
Two coaches on the floor every session. Mat runs the programme, Lauren assists. Both DBS checked, first aid trained. Your child gets coached, not babysat.
Starts Sunday, 10 May 2026 · 5 sessions
One free session, no payment, no commitment. Come and see how it goes.
Three groups
Everyone is coached and movements are scaled so kids can progress safely. Age is a guide — the head coach decides which group will get the most out of each child.
Sundays · 10:15 – 10:35
Fun-based movement, coordination, confidence, and listening skills. The first taste of "I can do this" — built one giggle at a time.
Sundays · 10:45 – 11:15
Movement foundations: running, jumping, pulling, squatting, throwing and teamwork — scaled and coached. They'll get strong, fast, and properly looked after.
Sundays · 11:30 – 12:30
Strength, conditioning and confidence. Learn safe lifting, good movement, and how to train with intent. Looks much like an adult class.
